Dear Duane,
The ties were delivered yesterday (Monday). From my perspective they were shipped on Wednesday and would have been delivered on Sunday had that not been a day off for the post office. So although it was not as lightning quick as Drake's in London - an awe-inspiring TWO days! - my $40 in delivery charges seems to have been well spent. I mention this because there is a great deal of variation by carrier, in my considerable experience over the past decade or so.

As for the ties, they are gorgeous, just great. The colours are true to the photos on the website photos so there was no nasty surprise when I opened the box. Indeed, I am very much looking forward to wearing them. Without doubt I will order more from you in the future. Thank you for the impeccable and personal service.

This is one of the very best, if not THE very best and most exclusive men's stores I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. It has been a family owned entity for many years. The fine gentleman in the picture is Mr. Duane Hansen. He insists that I call him Duane but my Southern upbringing and heritage, even though we are few years in age apart, simply will not allow me to do that; plus, he is such a fine gentleman, you cannot help but call him Mr. Hansen!

You need to just call him and get to know him. Go ahead; stick your neck out just one time and purchase a Robert Talbott tie from him. You've see mine! Go ahead and buy yourself a pair of Pantherella socks - or even Byford socks - you'll never wear your nice clothes again without a pair of them on. The Robert Talbott Shirt collection he carries cannot be matched!
