Hansen's Clothing has been in business for over 110 years (store history). We pride ourselves on customer service.
We want to do everything we can to please our customers. If you receive a product or a size that you did not order, email or call us and we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the error at our cost. We will also send you the proper item immediately. See the Returns area below for specific details on returned items.
Shipping
Hansen's Clothing offers FREE shipping on all U.S. orders. We ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times will vary based on availability, customization (monogramming), and tailoring. If you need faster shipping, please contact us toll free at 1-877-218-6948.
Overseas Orders
Hansen's accepts credit card orders with all U.S. issued credit cards, and from 45 countries outside the U.S. with payment through Paypal. If your country is not listed here, please contact us and we'll give you a quote on shipping to your country. View Countries. We cannot ship any wildlife products overseas.

Returns & Exchanges
You can return most items sold by HansensClothing.com within 90 days of delivery (We understand that during the holiday season we will need to increase this time limit).
To return or exchange an item, there's no need to call. Simply return the item in its original condition & in the original packaging, along with instructions on whether you'd like a refund or exchange. We must receive your item back within 90 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. Customer will be charged for shipping on exchange shipments, unless an error has been made on our part.

Return/Exchange of Clearance or On-Sale Items
- All clearance/on-sale merchandise can be returned for store credit, minus a $10 restocking fee or we will refund the price you paid for the item less a 20% restocking fee.
Return/Exchange of Hemmed Pants
- Bill's Khakis Hemmed Pants Exchanges: We are glad to exchange hemmed pants for a different size for a $25 exchange fee that includes shipping.
- Bill's Khakis Hemmed Pants Returns: Your refund will be the purchase price of the item, less a restocking fee of 20%.
- All Other Hemmed Pants Exchanges/Returns: All sales are final on hemmed pants. If you question your size, please order unhemmed pants and we will be glad to exchange them.
Return of Customized Shirts (Build Your Own Shirts & Estate Shirts)
Sorry, we cannot accept the return of any customized items that are designed specific to your needs.
Return of All Monogrammed Items
Sorry, embroidered items are not returnable.

In the event that a Hansens Clothing product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Hansens Clothing reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Hansens Clothing reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Hansens Clothing shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
