The process starts with prized woven cotton twill. An exclusive dye and wash technique gives each pair its own original, washed down look.

Salt water and wind have a way of wearing down a color to a shade far-removed from the original color chip at the paint store. Walk any dock and check out the color of any wooden surface and you will know what I’m talking about. Our Sun Bleached twills take on that same weathered look through the combination of sulfur dyes and professional washes. Edges of belt loops, pockets and seams are lightly faded giving each pair its own casual character.
