Shipping

Hansen's Clothing ships all U.S. orders for $17.95 per order via UPS Ground. Shipping times will vary based on availability, customization (monogramming), and tailoring.

International Orders

Depending on your country’s specific duty rates, you will be responsible for the payment of additional tariffs and taxes to your country in order to receive your item(s) from us. When you check-out, you are responsible to pay tax, duty or tariff, and you agree, by making your purchase, that you will pay such a tax, duty or tariff (if any imposed). We shall not be responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, transfers from our carrier partners (such as UPS) to the local carriers in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has departed the U.S.

Returns

At Hansen’s Clothing, we aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below.

General Return Guidelines

• Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
• Returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date.
• Allow 8 days for processing once we receive your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Special Return Conditions

• Sale Items: Sale merchandise and items purchased with a discount code can be returned for store credit if unworn, unaltered, and returned within 30 days. This policy does not apply to items purchased during the Inventory Reduction Sale (October 25, 2024 - January 31, 2025), as all sales during this period are final.
• Hemmed Pants: All sales are final on hemmed trousers. To ensure fit, please order unhemmed trousers for exchange eligibility.
• Customized Shirts & Monogrammed Items: Customized and monogrammed items are non-returnable.
• Underwear: Due to their personal nature, underwear cannot be returned.

Inventory Reduction Sale

• Products purchased during the Inventory Reduction Sale (October 25, 2024 - January 31, 2025) are final sale and cannot be returned.

Price Adjustments

At Hansen’s Clothing, we do not offer price adjustments on items purchased before a sale. Before the sale, customers have access to our full selection of styles and sizes, ensuring they can find the exact items they want. During sales, availability of styles and sizes is limited and not guaranteed.
