Can I return an item that I bought on sale?

All sale merchandise can be returend for store credit as long as it has its original tags still intact, has been unworn, unaltered, and unwashed and is being returned within 30 days of shipment.

If an item is listed on sale (has a price reduction) on hansensclothing.com, that means it is a last chance item at the end of a season. These items are generally 30-50% off list price.

Does Hansen's provide shipping labels for return shipments?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless an error has been made on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance on your return shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping

Hansen's Clothing offers FREE shipping on all U.S. orders of $150 or more. We ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times will vary based on availability, customization (monogramming), and tailoring.

International Orders

Depending on your country’s specific duty rates, you will be responsible for the payment of additional tariffs and taxes to your country in order to receive your item(s) from us. When you check-out, you are responsible to pay tax, duty or tariff, and you agree, by making your purchase, that you will pay such a tax, duty or tariff (if any imposed). We shall not be responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, transfers from our carrier partners (such as UPS) to the local carriers in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has departed the U.S.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with the original tags still intact. We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow 8 days from when we receive your package to process the return. Refunds will only be issued to your original method of payment or as store credit.

For Holiday Orders, orders placed in November or December, we extend our 30-day return policy to 60 days.

Please ship all returns directly to Hansen's Clothing, even if your item was shipped from the manufacturer.

Return of Hemmed Pants
All sales are final on hemmed trousers. If you question your size, please order the trousers unhemmed; we will gladly exchange them.

Return of Customized Shirts (Build Your Own Shirts)
Sorry, we cannot accept the return of any customized items that are designed specific to your needs.

Return of All Monogrammed Items
Sorry, embroidered items are not returnable.

Return of Underwear
Due to their personal nature, we cannot accept returns on undergarments.

Price Adjustments

At Hansen’s Clothing, it is our policy not to give price adjustments for items purchased before a sale. Our reasoning for this is prior to the sale, customers are able to shop our full selection of product styles and sizes and ensure they are able to get the exact items they wish. At sale time there is no guarantee that all styles and sizes will be available or on sale.
